Phyllodes Tumor
(V.I,. f., 25 ani / years old)
Clinical Manifestations: the patient presents in the last trimester of pregnancy, left mammary tumor, well delimited, mobile on adjacent surfaces, fast growing, which produces breast asymmetry.
Clinic: bolnava dezvoltă în ultimul trimestru de sarcină tumoră mamară stângă, bine delimitată, mobilă față de planurile adiacente, cu creștere rapidă, ce determină asimetria sânilor.
 Mammography: homogenous opacity which filles the entire left brest.
 Mamografie: opacitate omogenă ce ocupă întreg sânul stâng.
 Operation (left mastectomy, breast reconstruction with translated latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous axial pattern regional flap and insert of silicon prosthesis): marking of incision.
Operația (mastectomie stângă, reconstrucție mamară cu lambou musculocutan axial translatat, prelevat din latissimus dorsi și protezare cu silicon): marcarea inciziei.
Intraoperatory Aspect - after mastectomy. 
Aspect intraoperator - după mastectomie.
 Intraoperatory aspect: raising the latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap.
Aspect intraoperator: prelevarea lamboului musculocutanat pediculat din latissimus dorsi.

 Intraoperatory Aspect: prelevation of full-thickness skin graft from areolare region (A); prelevation of mammary areola from groin region (B).
Aspect intraoperator: recoltarea unei grefe de piele toată grosimea din regiunea areolara (A); recoltarea areolei mamare din regiunea inghinală (B).
 Intraoperatory Aspect: grafting of the remaining defect in the groin region.
Aspect intraoperator: grefarea defectului restant în zona inghinală.
 Final Aspect: grafting of mammary areola.
Aspect final: grefarea areolei mamare.
After 1 month from the reinplantation of the nipple.
La 1 lună după  reimplantarea mamelonului.
